Proposal is not assignment.
AI may propose roles, surface candidates, explain fit, and coordinate the work. It cannot source a person or company, accept commercial terms, or accept work on anyone's behalf.
Every commitment flows from a named human: a nomination, then a decision. The system optimises the work; the human curates the constellation.

Persons and companies are peers.
Anyone — a person or a company — may request work, perform work, refer another actor, or bring in further actors. There is no employer side and no worker side.
Every commercial relationship is a directed engagement between peers, and any participant may recursively source further actors. A constellation grows its own structure.

Optimisation is delegated. Agency is not.
Any modern AI can list the roles a project needs — the role list is cheap. What was expensive was everything after it: finding people, negotiating, coordinating, checking, enforcing. As AI absorbs those costs, work that once needed a permanent firm can be carried by a temporary network assembled around one objective.
The danger in the efficiency
If the machinery that coordinates the work also decides who is engaged and what their work is worth, people stop being parties to the economy and become inputs to it. An assignment algorithm does not need your judgement, your consent or your name — only your availability.
The refusal
The machine never makes the decision. AI proposes roles, surfaces candidates, explains fit and keeps the record straight. Every sourcing decision, every commercial acceptance and every acceptance of work is made by a named person, against an exact version of the terms, and recorded as that person's decision — permanently.
No employer side, no worker side
A freelancer can engage a studio; a studio can engage a freelancer; any participant can source further actors, and a project's structure grows out of those decisions. Each engagement is its own commercial relationship, with its own terms and its own invoicing — nobody works hidden inside someone else's margin.
Nobody becomes a number
KeizAI computes no universal score; trust stays contextual — who vouched for whom, for which kind of work, and who stood behind the referral. What accumulates is a private graph of real working relationships, owned by the people who made it. That graph, not the coordination, is the durable asset.
