KeizAI is an economic coordination network. AI proposes roles and work, explains its reasoning, and coordinates the people and companies engaged on a project. The final decisions — who is sourced, whose work is accepted, what is accepted commercially — are always made by people.

AI may propose roles, surface candidates, explain fit, and coordinate the work. It cannot source a person or company, accept commercial terms, or accept work on anyone's behalf.
Every commitment flows from a named human: a nomination, then a decision. The system optimises the work; the human curates the constellation.

Persons and companies are peers.
Anyone — a person or a company — may request work, perform work, refer another actor, or bring in further actors. There is no employer side and no worker side.
Every commercial relationship is a directed engagement between peers, and any participant may recursively source further actors. A constellation grows its own structure.
